Each month on the first Monday after the 15th of the month the BBB distributes an eNewsletter via email called the
BBB Inquirer to all Accredited Business in our database that have an active email address.
The BBB eInquirer contains links to current events of relevance to Accredited Businesses of BBB Vancouver Island; updates on local happenings of relevance in the business community; business, marketing, ethics and human resource tips; customer service advice; dispute resolution tips; scam alerts and much more.
