The 2009 Torch Award celebration on May 21, 2009 at the Westin Bear Mountain Victoria Golf Resort & Spa was an amazing success. The red-carpet extravaganza was definitely a night to remember. Guests arrived by limo, literally walked a red carpet, feasted on a fabulous four-course gourmet dinner and were entertained by an evening of music and theatrics designed to enhance the Academy Awards style event.
