The BBB’s
eQuote Program lets consumers and business owners get quotes and information for goods and services from trustworthy BBB Accredited Businesses.
It’s easy to do. Customers simply log onto vi.bbb.org and click the “request an e-quote” button in the bottom right-hand corner. There they are asked to enter the business category and/or location for which they are looking for a quote, to provide a brief but detailed description of the product or service that they need, and all relevant contact information in which they can be reached at. The customer then clicks “submit” and all BBB Accredited Businesses that fit into a similar business category and location will receive an email forwarded to them on behalf of the BBB eQuote Program with the request for information from the customer.
To make sure the BBB eQuote Program is properly set up to drive customers to your business it is important that all Accredited Businesses regularly check their online Reliability Reports to ensure that we have the correct address, location, business category and email address on file for your business.
