The staff at the BBB would like to welcome Bernie Moffatt-Gatrell to our team as the new Customer Service Representative.
Bernie joined us September 8, 2009, replacing Grant Burns who has returned full-time to school this fall to continue to complete his post-secondary education.
Bernie, a native Victorian, has recently returned to Vancouver Island after living in Nova Scotia, as a military wife with her husband. For the past ten years Bernie has worked with AT&T in various roles including Customer Care Representative, Technical Support Representative and Consumer Data Support Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative for the BBB Bernie will provide the front line customer service support. We are excited at the energy and experience that Bernie brings to our organization, and ask you to welcome Bernie in her new position with us.
